§1. Information about the collection of personal data and provider identification
1.   In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, for example: name, address, email addresses, user behavior. 
2.   Service provider acc. § 13 Telemedia Act (TMG) and responsible body acc. Section 3 (7) of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is INFOX GmbH & Co. KG. See our imprint. 


§2. Rights to information and revocation
1.   You have the right to request information from us at any time about the data we have stored about you, its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is passed on and the purpose of storing your data.
2.   If you have given your consent to the use of data, you can revoke it at any time.
3.   Please direct all requests for information, information requests or objections to data processing by e-mail to datenschutz@infox.de or to the address given under § 1 (2).



§3. Data security
1.   We maintain up-to-date technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from dangers in data transmission and from third parties. Your sensitive information (such as your credit card details) is encrypted each time you register or book using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. These are adapted to the current state of the art.
2.   Although we work with economically viable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because of this, we would like to ask you not to enter credit card details in fields on our website unless you are explicitly asked to do so and the field has been specifically marked for this purpose.


§4. Collection of personal data for informational use
1.   If you only use the website for informational purposes, i.e. if you do not log in, register or otherwise provide us with information, we do not collect any personal data, with the exception of the data that your browser transmits to enable you to visit the website . These are:

  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred in each case
  • Website from which the request comes

§7. Data transfer to third parties
1.   Your personal data made available on this page will never be passed on to third parties. Your data will only be transmitted to third parties if
  • if you have given your express consent to this transfer of data;
  • if the transfer is necessary for the use, implementation and / or processing (order, payment processing, etc.) of the services offered and used, ordered and/or purchased by you,
  • if there is a legal, judicial or official obligation,
  • if it is necessary to prevent misuse of the services offered and services.
2.   Sometimes we use external service providers to process your data. These were carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing. You are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us. The service providers will not pass this data on to third parties. If these service providers are located in non-EU countries, we will inform you of this in connection with the respective functions. This data processing also takes place according to the applicable legal situation. Due to the Safe Harbor Agreement declared invalid by the European Court of Justice, so-called standard contractual clauses have been concluded for data processing outside the European Community, which legitimize the data exchange under the high data protection requirements of the European Union. Particular attention is paid to the further legal development, also with regard to the currently planned successor to the Safe Harbor Agreement, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.



§8. Use of our portal
1.   If you want to use our portal, you have to register by entering your email address, a password of your choice and your freely selectable user name. Entry is subject to registration as an Infox agency in the familiar registration procedure and registration of the travel agent as an agent, which is activated by the agency. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration as an agent, i.e, your registration is only completed if you have previously confirmed your registration via a confirmation email sent to you for this purpose by clicking on the link contained therein. If you do not receive your confirmation in a timely manner, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database.

2.   If you use our portal, we save your data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, as well as information on the payment method. We also store the voluntary data you provide.

3.   If you use the portal, your data can be made available to other participants for the provision of services in accordance with the contractual performance. 
4.   In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the connection is encrypted using SSL technology.

1.   In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. 2. Data transfer to third parties
1.   We can then pass on your personal data to third parties if we offer campaign participation, competitions, bookings or contracts together with a third party. 
2.   Sometimes we use external service providers to process your data. These were carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing. 


3. Use of our web shop
1.   If you would like to order something in our web shop, create a customer account where your data will be saved for later purchases. Mandatory information required for the execution of the contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. 
2.   We use the data you provide to process your orders for the duration of our agency contract. For this purpose, we pass on your address data to a commissioned shipping company and, if necessary, your payment data to our house bank and to bankdatencheck.de. We delete them after the contract has been processed and the tax and commercial law retention requirements have expired. 
3.   In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the order process is encrypted using SSL technology. 


4. Use of our portal
1.   If you want to use our portal as an agent, you must register by entering your name, first name, function and email address. Your information is collected and saved, among other things, for the personalization of the advertising material. 
2.   If you use our portal, we save your data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract, including information on the method of payment. 
3.   In order to prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, especially financial data, the connection is encrypted using SSL technology. 


§10. Newsletter
1.   After you have registered for an email newsletter, we save your email address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The storage serves the sole purpose of being able to send you the newsletter. Furthermore, we save your IP addresses and the times at registration and confirmation in order to prevent misuse of your personal data. 
2.   The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is the email address. The provision of further, separately marked, information is voluntary and is only used to personalize the newsletter. 
3.   We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when the newsletter is sent. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons, also called tracking pixels. These are one-pixel image files that link to our website and thus enable us to evaluate your user behavior. This is done by collecting the data mentioned in § 4 and web beacons, which are assigned to your email address and linked to your own ID. 


§ 11. Etracker (web analysis/-tracking)
    This website uses technologies from Etracker GmbH (http://www.etracker.com) to collect and store data for marketing and optimization purposes. Usage profiles can be created from this data under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the website visitor's Internet browser. Cookies enable recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected with the Etracker technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website without the separate consent of the person concerned, and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. § 12. Use of Google Fonts
    We bind based on our legitimate interests. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, the fonts ("Google Fonts") from the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The aim is to optimize and operate our website economically.
